Arrow is a lovable sweet girl once she warms up to people, but is considered very shy & skittish upon first meeting. She is submissive with other dogs and loves to play.

She is currently in a foster-to-adopt situation, having been bounced around a bit due to 1st adopter allowing her too much freedom, which resulted in herding/guarding behavior in the home - nipping new guests.
