Meet Sweet Stella in Ohio! As I am sure you can guess, she is just the sweetest thing and just loves snuggling and loves everyone she meets! She has been bounced around way to much in her short life and is now ready for her forever foster to adopt home. Due to current restrictions, vets are not performing non-essential surgeries, so she cannot be formally adopted until this happens (ABMR will pay). Stella is good with other dogs with slow introductions and likes to play. She probably would do best with non-dominant other dogs. She is lower drive and while she does enjoy balls and toys, she bores easily with these. She has basic obedience down, although she still does need some leash manners! Stella is a bit too interested in the cat in her foster home, so no cats/toy breed dogs is probably best. She has not been around kids, but would probably be fine with kids over 5 with supervision. She loves going for car rides and is good in public--well, she does try to run up to people to say hi. Stella is crate trained and “mostly” house-trained, but she’s a smart girl that wants to please. Stella is currently in Ohio due to the pandemic, there is limited transportation, so an Ohio or nearby foster to adopt home is needed.
