Meet ABMR’s Grey, a 4 month-old male Malinois puppy looking for his forever family. Grey was whelped March 27, 2021 and surrendered to ABMR with his three brothers. Grey is a shy boy who takes awhile to warm up to new people, but he is cuddly and protective of his family. He loves nothing more than to climb up in your lap for cuddles or stretch out on his bed and chew on a rawhide bone. Grey has started basic obedience training and knows sit, iand here; we are still working on down. He walks well on a leash and loves to ride in the car. He is crate trained and currently lives inside the house with his brother, a 2-year-old Malinois, a kitten and two children (10 and 16), as well as chickens, peafowl, geese and cows on a farm in Central Texas. His ideal family would be interested in pursuing a sport (rally, luring or maybe dock diving since he likes the water) with him or at least have an active lifestyle so he can burn off some of that Mal energy. Grey learns quickly and is eager to please. He is good with older children and loves dogs. He seems to bond more quickly with females and would do best in a home that is experienced with the Malinois breed.
