Rubens is a handsome 2 yo male currently located in Pennsylvania.
Rubens has had a less than ideal beginning - his previous owner kept him tied up on a chain all day and he would escape, wandering the streets, risking getting hit by a car and ended up being taken by animal control.
He is such a sweet boy and loves attention. His foster is working with him to teach him basic obedience and give him confidence and he is doing so awesome with it. He LOVES cheese and will do anything you ask to earn it.
He is house trained and crate trained
He is good with other dogs but would not be placed in a home with cats.
