Meet Aleta! 3 years old, 60 lb, fully vetted.

Aleta is a good (although a bit bossy) girl that is housebroke, medium drive and would be happy with another large dog buddy but does not like to share her toys. Aleta cannot be friends with cats.

She loves going on walks or runs and is good on a leash, but would enjoy a little more obedience training. She needs an experienced owner or she will rule the roost. She likes to visit dog parks, is happy to meet everyone! People and dogs, she’s happy to make friends with all. She loves to snuggle on the couch and has a good off switch. She loves her toys and is good with older kids. Rides well in the car. She can easily jump a 6ft fence so a taller one will be required.

Aleta hates her crate and cannot be crated. No amount of training has been able to solve this for her. She has been trustworthy in a home as long as you pick up your shoes. Aleta will do best in a home where she is not left alone for long periods time, she would make a wonderful companion for anyone that works from home, is retired etc. that wants a full time companion and is willing to work with her and give her a “job” any job would make her happy as long as she is by your side.
