Phoebe is located in Texas.

This is shy Phoebe. We think she is about a year and a half old. It  takes her a while to warm up to strangers but once she does, she’s velcro dog. Phoebe is a low drive, pet quality companion animal that just needs a little ball play/running and a lot of patient, human company. She is small dog and cat friendly.

She is can climb chain link and cannot be crated a lot. She does better in a run instead of a crate but her foster is working on it. She is a pretty, goofy girl with a nice smooth thick coat. She is HW-, up to date on shots, microchipped and spayed.
