Helena is 1 yo female that was surrendered to the shelter in NC. She is a small female but is also emaciated and is under 25 lbs. She is very sweet. Staying at a kennel (Hollywood Pets in Danville Va) until her foster comes back from vacation. Kennel staff says she unhooks her water bucket and carries it around also carries around her food bowl
