Jackson is an owner surrender from a young man in Florence, SC.  UTD on shots and microchipped.  Lives with a GSD, crate trained. Ok at the vet and to have his nails done.  Food and ball driven.

One thing I know a lot of people do when transporting dogs is keep a leash on the dog. He is very leash broken and shouldn’t chew through it during transport, he isn’t very destructive. I will also be available 24/7 if anyone needs to reach out.

I have what I believe is an XXL wire crate that he sleeps in with a fitted Tough Dog Crate Pad from K9 Ballistics. When I take him to the vet or on trips I have him in an XL plastic crate. I am more than happy to send both with him.

Currently he is eating Members Mark Grain Free High Protein Chicken and Vegetable mix. (He was on Victor Hero but we found a local food that was identical). He should do fine on anything grain free with a high protein content. I will send the cage/bed he sleeps in and the crate I use to transport him

From person that evaluated him (RJ Acaylar)

Good afternoon ma’am just got done meeting w AJ and Jackson. Nothing but good things to say about both. Jackson is 3, UTD on all shots and vaccinations. Neutered, and in good health. Comfortable with being touched. Very safe and even tempered. More ball driven than food driven. Incredibly even tempered; foster & new owner must set boundaries initially regarding affection and excitement as he is on the larger end.

Has a good foundation on basic-intermediate obedience training. Good on and off leash but would reccomend mostly on leash. Friendly and does not shy away from people if they approach properly and do not invade.

Rides crated. Should be good with handoff transport.

Would also be a good fit to a newer foster who is still learning but knows the basics. Good with children and other dogs.

Would be a really good starter Mal.
