Otto, now Otter is a 5 month pup surrendered to a shelter and then Rescue when he nipped a child who was bothering him while the pup was eating. He is a very active, pup who needs a lot of activity and structure. He is wary of strangers, but accepting with proper introductions. In his foster home, he is good with cats and the other Malinois in the home. Like his new name implies, Otter LOVES the water! He most likely will be foster to adopt, pending neuter.
