HI! Meet Who, but most people call him Who-be. He am a very active and boisterous young 16-month-old boy. He has not met a stranger, but he can be intimidating when he sees new people. He can be extremely excitable and forget his manners sometimes, but with slight reminder, he is able to remember how to be a gentleman. Who LOVES his people! He loves them so much he struggles to be home alone. He does crate well, but he will howl and sing the songs of his people for a little while, then he will settle in, and quiet down nicely until his people come home. Who has his crate available to him all day, and he will take toys, bones, blankets, pillows or anything else he can find into this crate with him throughout the day. Who is the BEST finder of things you never knew you left out. If asked what he found, he will proudly bring it over to show you, but if you chase him for it…. Well that is a favorite game of his so do so at your own risk. Who is a giant snuggle bug that just wants to be loved. He enjoys his time on the couch or bed and doesn’t realize his own size. He will climb over, under or around to get the love he knows he deserves. Who also should be crated in the car. His over stimulation factor comes into play here, and it can be dangerous to the driver to have him out and free, it also helps to keep him calm and settled in the moving vehicle Who loves to spend time with other dogs when given appropriate introductions. Who can be easily over stimulated so he would do best in a home with only one or two other dogs. Who is extremely tall and lanky, sometimes he struggles a bit to be graceful. He will eventually grow into those legs, but he hasn’t yet. Who does have pretty significant pray drive that builds with his stimulation and he struggles to bring it back down. Because of this, it is recommended that he not be placed in a home with cats or small animals. However, because of this Who makes a FABULOUS barn hunt dog. He loves to find the little critters, and it is the most focused excitement he displays over every other training. He has also tried scent work and he absolutely LOVES the water. He would excel in a sport home that will continue these ventures with him.
