Major is a 1 year old neutered male currently located in VA.  He is a small Mal but has lots of energy and would love to find a home where he could make use of his athletic abilities.

He found as a stray on the streets and taken to a shelter so not a lot is known about his past.  He came into rescue very thin and needed to be fully vetted.

He seems to not have had a lot of exposure to new things - he was timid of new things and didn't even seem to know what toys were for,  But his foster family has brought him out of his shell and has been working on building his confidence.  He is making great strides and is thriving in his foster home.

He is eager to please and food and now toy motivated.  He is a blank slate and will continue to blossom in a home that will continue working with him and give him an opportunity to do some kind of sport like nose work.  Or because of his athleticism, would make a great running partner for the athletic family.

He will not be placed in a home with cats, or other small animals.  He will not be placed in a home with young children.
