Male found stuck in a swamp with alligators in NC. Man pulled him from the swamp: Matthew Sanders 910-682-7017. Had a choke chain on him. Had abrasions and cuts and very thin. Sent to temp foster Jody & Pete Larkin. DOES NOT LIKE BEING CRATED OR BEING PUT IN A CAR.
Found that he is HW+
