Have been with my foster mom and dad for only a few days but loving it here. I fit in nicely with them and have overheard them talking about me. They say I’m attentive, because I love to follow them around and study them when they’re talking to me. I’m curious, but cautious when I come across something I haven’t experienced before and that’s quite a bit, since I am only 11 weeks old. I do love to stare outside and take in the sounds around me. Tend to make them laugh with my silly ways. I prefer being petted, kissed on and snuggled with rather than biting on my humans, but I am starting to discover that I enjoy that as well. I listen well though when told to stop. Not doing 100% great with potty training, but for being in a home for the first time in my life, I’m starting to catch on. My crate is my happy place and where I go to unwind after hours of fun. If it’s my idea, I don’t cry. There are 2 big old pups with me and who get a little grumpy with me, but I roll over or walk away if they don’t want to hang out. I’ve heard there is a cat here, but I haven’t met him. Love being outside, but once again, it needs to be my idea or I’m ready to come back in. Maybe once it’s not raining so much and the grass isn’t so wet, I’ll want to be out there more. Oh, and I love my toys, bones and the ball. Pouncing on them is my favorite thing since it’s important I show them who’s in charge. I’m eating good and starting to put on weight. I’m working on sit, down and shake. It’s easy but I must make them work for it. I’m a great pup and will continue every day to grow, learn and be comfortable enough to let my personality shine. It’s a beautiful life for this pup and I’m ready to see what’s ahead.
