Meet Lake! This 7 month old female just came into rescue with her brother Creek.  Lake will make someone a fantastic hiking, agility, or active partner. 

Lake has made amazing strides so far with his foster Kathy Doty. She came from a home where she was not socialized but this luckily has not been an issue for Lake. She is outgoing, friendly, curious and agile. 

Lake is good and playful with other dogs. She is currently with several working line Border Collies, one of which is deaf and does fantastic. 

She takes very nice and proper corrections if being too rambunctious. 

She is more independent but still loves her cuddles. 

Lake has not been cat tested. 

She rests peacefully with a chew or toy in her kennel when needed. 

Currently Lake is learning basic commands and is has sit, come and kennel down pat. 

Lake has a mild recessed vulva which the Veterinarian believes will self correct on her first heat cycle. She will come with a medical addendum to her adoption contract reflecting the need for a heat cycle. Please speak with her coordinators regarding this for full details.
