♥️Introducing Lulu, fostering in NC, this stunning girl is nearly 8 months old, she’s an owner surrender who in her short life was past around several homes (four) before coming to ABMR.

❤️Lulu knows her basic obedience, sit, come, stay, release, potty, heel, down, are just a few this smarty pants knows. Needless to say she loves to learn and is always up for a training session.

♥️Lulu has a very sweet disposition and in social settings she calms quickly, when meeting guests her foster has them sitting down as this is less intimidating for her and she warms up quickly, if not then she can get apprehensive for a period of time. She does have a great off switch and is happy to chill out with plenty of belly rubs.

❤️She loves to put her vest on as this means an adventure is about to happen and she’s up for anything so long as it’s with her people. Car rides, playing fetch, sitting in a kiddy pool or swimming in a large pool. But at the end of the day the best thing ever is being rubbed down and dried off with the towel, her own favorite massage.

♥️Lulu does enjoy playing with other dogs and has done very well in doggy day care if her foster has had to be away from the house for a few hours. She adjusted quickly to the environment of play.

❤️She does have some separation anxiety and her foster has been working to create an environment with a solid routine. So someone who works from home or is retired would be the best for this sweetheart as I’m sure she still needs to understand that she’s not going to be abandoned again. She does get very excited when foster gets home and greets him by jumping, this can be an easy fix. 
She will not go to a home with cats……
❤️Most days very little bothers her, then other days, a door that opens every day and closes will give her a fright or she may catch her reflection in a window that will make her bark nervously. These I feel have something to do with her being past around so much in her young life but I have no doubt once Lulu gets into her forever home and she realizes that’s she’s truly home these little quirks will disappear.
