TX Beryl was found as a stray in Houston during the most recent hurricane, someone sheltered him and contacted ABMR. Beryl was in poor shape, scared and starved, he is also heart worm positive, but his condition is totally treatable and once done he will be completely healthy. He is neutered and fully vetted. 

We do not see a high drive dog in Beryl, It appears that he would be happy with some play time with his person and to learn some obedience, maybe agility or some scent work if his adopter is interested. I think whatever his person wants to do will make Beryl happy as long as he is with you.   

He loves playing fetch and learning commands. He is WHIP smart and eager to learn. He craves attention as only a Malinois can do. This boy is going to Velcro to his person!! He loves his foster family and is very affectionate and eager to please.

Beryl is learning what its like to be a family dog and he's enjoying every minute!!! If you'd love to have a beautiful sensitive companion then Beryl is your man!! 

As of August 2024 Beryl has been in board and train with an excellent trainer in Houston, if you happen to adopt Beryl and live near Houston or are willing to travel, the trainer will donate several hours of one on one training with you and Beryl so you can learn everything that Beryl has learned!! This is a great opportunity to work with a professional trainer at no charge!
