Jax is a 15 month old male Malinois that weighs around 50 lbs. Jax is friendly, but needs some help learning boundaries and respect for his people as he was allowed to “run the show” in his previous environment. He is believed to do well with other dogs, accepting of dog savvy cats, and good with children based on the information provided by his former home, but those things will be tested further with his foster home. Jax is moderate to high energy, and would do best being given an outlet to pour that energy into. He has shown to have more food drive than toy drive in his initial evaluation, and although interested in training, needs help learning to focus and develop a thinking process rather than simply a “go and do” mentality that makes it difficult for him to settle on his own. Jax would do best in a home with some previous mal and training experience.
